If you are unable to pay the patient responsibility estimate in full prior to/on the date of service, please contact us directly: 404-531-8532. A Resurgens Surgical Center patient representative can assist you in setting up a payment plan prior to/on the date of service.

Payment After the Date of Service

For patients who received a statement and are attempting to pay in full/set up a payment plan.
